Tea Pavilion at Helvetia Lavender Farm
We
have created a beautiful pavilion nestled in the trees and gardens overlooking
the rolling hills of Helvetia where guests can relax with a pot of tea and
a homebaked scone with cream and jam. Or guests may enjoy a filling pavilion
lunch, with chicken pecan salad sandwiches, fresh fruit medley, scone with
cream and jam, and (of course!), a pot of tea.
Nancy Miller, owner, and ElsaJane Weislogal will share their experiences growing, harvesting, making lavender products, the healing properties of lavender and cooking with lavender.
We are open weekends from June 17th through July16th for garden tours, cutting bunches of lavender (blooming starts mid-June), casual drop in teas, or the pavilion lunch. Time: 11 to 4 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Appointments are necessary for group service. Call Nancy Miller at 503-647-5858 to schedule appointments.
