Information for Vendors
The booth fee includes both weekends. Booth spaces are assigned based on your application return date and past participation at Helvetia Lavender Festival. Tables, canopies, and tents are the responsibility of the vendor.
*IMPORTANT Contract & Payment:
By completing the Vendor Sign-up (click here), you are agreeing to be a vendor for both weekends and all days listed under Festival Dates/Hours. Once application is approved, a pay-link will be emailed for payment online or how to mail a check.
Set-up/Clean-up:
Set-up is Thursday, July 3rd from 10am to 12pm and 4pm to 7pm. Although the Festival begins at 10am, your booth must be manned and opened by 9:30am to accommodate the early and eager guests. Your booth is to be open all festival hours. Vendors can leave booth setup for the second weekend or teardown on Sunday if desired. Final clean-up Sunday, July 13th at 5pm.
Security:
It has not been a problem in the past since the festival area is between our homes. You are welcome to pitch a tent and stay overnight if you wish. If you need to stay overnight, please contact Anna at anna@helvetialavenderfarm.com to make arrangements.
Vendor Insurance:
We recommend vendors consider insurance coverage of products. This is not mandatory but suggested.
Vendor Festival Parking:
Since parking is an issue with the volume of traffic, carpooling and parking in the vendor area is crucial (marked in orange). Upon arrival we will park you towards the barn, a parking attendant will be able to assist.
